The founding concept of KM Solutions and Education is rooted in a lifelong passion for learning, complemented by a deep appreciation for the disciplines that facilitate learning - that of education, teaching, and instruction. This sentiment was punctuated by a distinct preference for professional roles that emphasized these disciplines, which was a realization that emerged and became apparent gradually. A professional path carved by the principles of entrepreneurship led to a number of diverse independent roles that helped to drive a future goal of launching a business that would feature education, teaching, and instruction to positively impact the community. However, the business infrastructure, the timing, subject matter, and the precise educational delivery system would remain in hazy outline for quite some time, while serving in other roles. Hence, the suite of professional experience resulted in market research field auditing, business development and marketing work for technology firms, consulting for direct sales product companies, volunteer teaching within the community, technology and business solutions consulting for peers and colleagues, financial services and insurance work, as well as ESL English literacy teaching and instruction.  And, the collective scope of these different roles always highlighted the rewards of entrepreneurship, as well as teaching and instruction - both reinforcing a determination to serve others long-term by delivering education through a uniquely designed platform.

Over time, professional and entrepreneurial endeavors narrowed to financial services, with emphasis on financial education to empower informed decision-making in personal finance, to technology and business solutions, with a focus on application and skills development, and to ESL / English Literacy to facilitate English proficiency among second language English learners.  This strategic lens provided an up-close and personal view of the consistently positive results experienced by those who engage in learning in these in-demand areas, and this reality illuminated the universal practical value of teaching and instruction of these core subjects.  So, it’s from this crescendoing recognition that the premise and structure of KM Solutions and Education began to surface, take shape, and develop. Merging the learning interests of individuals who have goals in these core subjects with a company committed to promoting learning in support of those subject needs became a decisive pursuit. With a desire to serve as the foundation, inspiring individuals in their quest to keep learning would be a resounding message - and, with that, our company’s vision statement was born:  

"Keep Manifesting Your Determination To Learn, Grow, And Fulfill The Goals You Establish For Yourself - Never Stop!"

Serve the educational interests of those who ‘keep manifesting their determination’ to fulfill their goals for learning and growth in these key areas. Serve and reach a greater audience by aligning these educational areas under one roof, while simultaneously providing access to teaching and instruction. Serve as an educational bridge for clients, helping them to identify and leverage new opportunities that surface throughout the journey of learning! 

KM Solutions and Education is a fulfillment of the vision and goal set many years ago to establish an entity that would provide education, teaching, and instruction, serving as a pathway to learning and personal growth. The company was launched with the three primary divisions of service mentioned above, that of  (1) Financial Services, (2) Technology and Business Solutions, and (3) ESL / English Literacy.  And, as client interests and emerging trends in learning manifest themselves, expansion into other relevant areas will occur. Nevertheless, within the scope of services offered, as CEO and Founder, Kendall leads the efforts of the organization in its commitment to serve the community by delivering solutions and education, doing so by connecting with and addressing the needs of one person at a time.
